7 Ways To Get In The Mood for Romance

If your husband is frustrated because you never seem to in the mood for sex,  try doing some of these things:

1. Relax for a few minutes.  Take a warm bath or shower or sit quietly in a comfortable chair.  Imagine how good you will feel when your spouse touches you in all the right places.

2. Perfume your body and slip into something sexy. Wearing a lacy nightie or a silky gown and perfuming your body can help you feel more amorous.

3. Do something different. Maybe you are bored. Do you always make love in the same position in the same bedroom? Try doing it on living room floor or in a tent out in the yard or in the guest bedroom.

4. Ask your hubby to give you a body massage.  This will cause you to relax and help arouse your romantic feelings.

5. Wipe out fatigue. If you find yourself too tired to enjoy your husband, you may need to change your diet, get more sleep, or invest in a good energy supplement.

6. Plan your encounters ahead of time. This will allow you to mentally prepare yourself and arrange your schedule so you’ll have some downtime.

7. Exercise regularly. This will decrease stress hormone levels, increase your energy and tone your body, which will cause you to feel better about yourself and increases your desire to be intimate.

A good sex life is a vital part of a healthy marriage.  If your husband always has that lovin’ feeling and you’re never in the mood, experiment and find out what it takes to get yourself ready for some amorous fun with your man.
