About Lorene/Contact

Update: November 21st, 2009

Lorene is a mother, wife and writer.  Her goal is to help women be successful in every area of life by applying the principles found in the Word of God.

She began studying women’s success principles 16 years ago- desperate for answers to the problems she was facing. By reading books and applying the principles found in the Word of God, she overcame low self-esteem, an eating disorder, numerous health issues, marriage problems and a mediocre, unfulfilling lifestyle.

Today she is happily married to her husband of 19 years, she homeschools their two children and as a writer, she helps women discover their God-given destiny and attain success in life.

Thank you for being available to the Lord to share your life lessons and knowledge from God’s Word and elsewhere. I feel that I am in the situation that you were in and trust in God’s perfect timing to be used in ministering to women through writing, speaking, counseling or as a life coach. I have four children: 19, 16 1/2, 13, & 7 1/2. I had been a social worker and have been more involved in ministering more in the past. With my first off to college, it’s giving me the “itch” to read more of my books and seek the Lord for what is in store for my future now that my youngest is in 2nd grade. I had been very sick off and on from about Spring 2005 until 2009. It feels that I have so much to catch up on in life to even be at where I’d like to be as well as catching up so my husband isn’t wanting to “throw in the towel”. As I have been soul searching, I know that the Lord will use the Bible verses and wisdom of others to help me through my circumstances and then I can in turn pass those and my own life lessons on for the glory of God and to help others. It is hard being in the “learning time” (though I know that will go on forever) and had often longed to be in the “helping time in strength”, but now I’m seeing that I can praise God for His wisdom and He will use all things (even if they’ve been hard or bad) towards His purposes and it will not be wasted. He is weaving a tapestry and it is nice to see how you are seeing much of the results unfold from your past hard times. Take care and God bless you and your loved ones to the fullest!! Sincerely, Beth

Lorene: Thank-you for the wonderful, encouraging comment Beth. You are so sweet. I am sorry to hear you were sick- I truly hope things are turning around for you. I am not sure if you have a website yet but I hope so because you have a lot of good insights that the rest of us need to hear.
