Vegetables in a Bottle: The Perfect Food?
As Christians we are temples of the living God so we really should take care of our bodies. One way to do this is by making sure we eat the right foods.
Most health experts agree that we should eat 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. According to the Harvard School of Public Health website, studies show that eating a diet rich in fruits and vegetables:

Can lower blood pressure
Helps keep your eyes healthy
Lowers the risk of heart disease and strokes
Act surprised when I tell you that most people just don’t eat that many fruits and vegetables (including yours truly).
